July is finally here- and along with that comes Canada Day! Such a different one for me, (the cover photo was taken last year in Greece for Canada Day) as I’m living with my daughter to help her out- so no partying! But anyway, who can really party with Covid still lurking. But! How fun that on my daughter’s quaint street they had mini parades and neighborly cook outs! See the video clip below…
First week of July also started with a Styling Tips post for Northern summers, by your very own Montreal Styling Diva here..You can go check that out here: How Does a Montreal Girl Adapt her Styling to the Summer Season
And, just because styling is my very favourite thing, a fun challenge! Norbyah and Anna started the Trends In Your Closet Challenge– which I’m crazy about!
A mix of Style and Sustainability, go check out the looks and go ahead and join too! The challenge is on until July 5th.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone!
Enjoy the time with your daughter. I haven’t seen mine properly since march! Due to this horrible virus. Have a lovely weekend xx
I know exactly how you feel- this virus is keeping us away from our loved ones. Thankfully she let me move in (but I had to get tested first!!). Have a great week xx
Thanks for featuring me post on romantic style. I feel so honored!
Of course! You have fabulous style!! xx
I’m sure you had fun for Canada Day even with the Covid situation. Also dreaming of Greece!
Yes, spending time with my daughter and the new grandson:)) But dreaming of Greece is presently my escape lol!!
That leopard skirt is SO adorable!! Happy belated Canada Day! I’ve always wanted to visit Greece… someday!

Glad all is going well with your daughter and the new baby. I know she appreciates your help.
Thank you so much:) I think she does…it’s a beautiful but difficult time for new moms to adjust. xx
Happy Canada Day! Like your celebration, our 4th of July gigs will be very small. Oh, I love Greece. Someday we can go back…
xx Darlene
Thanks Darlene! Hope you had a wonderful holiday as well…not the same as usual, but what can we do! Greece always on my mind:) xx

Hi Suzanne! Canada Day is a very big deal- like your 4th! But this year due to Covid, everything was cancelled. So the neighborhood people just made their own cute celebrations (with social distancing lol!) Have a great week! xx
That parade is so cute! Thanks for sharing! It looks so fun!
Thank you! It was cute and fun- very different from our usual mega Canada celebrations…but still fun:) xx
Sounds like such a fun time! I love that they had little parades. The style challenge is also a great idea, I’ll have to go browse my closet now!
