Styling on the Repeat: Fashionable Friday and a Link up!

It’s no lie that I’m a proud outfit repeater. And although I put on many different looks to try to give you ideas and inspire you to create your own style, truth is that most often than not I go back to wearing my favourites over and over. And when it comes to sustainability- that’s a really good thing! So I encourage you to be an outfit repeater, but by all means do change it up! That’s what helps keeps outfits looking fresh. Here’s me in those great jeans with my lace top again. I added a jean jacket that I cropped. DIY’s are also a great way to spiff up dying trends.

Another thing you know that I’m all about is shopping my closet. Found this darling tiered dress the other day and decided to wear it to my grandson’s bday party. This time though I found it a bit short on me. I probably liked it when I first got it years ago- but I wasn’t crazy about the length this time around. My best trick for that? I layer it over a staple black slip that I use for coverage for dresses that are sheer, but it’s also great for giving an extra layer of length. Like adding another tier.

I was looking to wear some sort of leather jacket over this- and then I realized that a shirt could also be fun…so why not a leatherette shacket! Found this brand new with tags on from my local charity shop!

Saving the best for last…y’all know how I feel about Eva Varro dresses!

Midweek had me styling this eccentric beauty. What could make more of a statement than wearing this at a board meeting? This one says, don’t mess with me!
